Scope of Application
The medium temperature does not exceed 60 ��, the exposed liquid level of the motor part does not exceed 1/2, the medium density is 1-1.3kg/dm3, and there is no internal self circulation cooling system for the pump. The use range of cast iron material is PH5-9, and stainless steel mater- ial is selected for corrosive media.
Technical Characteristics
Using single blade or double blade impellers, a solid-liquid mixture of fiber material with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of 50% or less of the pump diameter can be mixed. The pump is operated in the oil chamber with a tun- gsten carbide material double end mechanical seal. The pump runs continuously for 8000 hours, and a water leakage detection sensor is installed in the sealed oil chamber of the pump. A thermal sensor is installed in the stator winding to protect the water pump motor.
